We offer a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. Purchase our products with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your purchased product and receive a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

A purchase receipt is required for returns, so please have your purchase receipt available. We will notify you when we receive your return. Your return will be inspected. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Exchanges

Products are brand new. If a product is defective, it may be returned for exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. 

 

Shipping returns

Contact us before returning your purchased product, so we can confirm the product being returned. A purchase receipt is required for returns, so please have your purchase receipt available. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning products. Returns should be shipped to 941 North Coleman Street #703 Prosper, Texas 75078. We will notify you when we receive your return.
